It has a lot of good advice for beginning runners. The best features, and what I use most, are the training schedules. Following the routines given, I've gained a lot of endurance and I'm running better than ever. Definitely recommend it|About the Author|Liz Yelling gave up her teaching job in 2001 to become a full-time athlete.
